Where We Ship

Right now we ship to the United States and Canada only.

Order Processing

Every RooLabz piece is made to order, just for you. We need 2 to 5 business days to print and pack it.

Shipping in the US

Once your order ships, it usually arrives in 3 to 7 business days. All in, most US orders arrive within 5 to 12 business days.

Shipping to Canada

Most Canadian orders arrive within 7 to 20 business days after they're made, depending on where you live and how long customs takes. Any customs fees or import taxes are paid by you when the package arrives.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Give it a day or two to start updating.

Late or Lost Packages

If your order hasn't shown up within those times, email us at hello@roolabz.com and we'll look into it right away.

Busy Seasons

Around the holidays, or when carriers fall behind, shipping can take a little longer. We'll always do our best to get your order to you fast.
