Order Processing

All RooLabz products are made to order. Orders are typically processed and produced within 2–5 business days after purchase.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after production
Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after production (if available at checkout)

Total estimated delivery: 5–12 business days from order date.

Estimated delivery: 7–20 business days after production, depending on destination and customs processing
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, contact us at hello@roolabz.com and we'll look into it right away.

Shipping times may run longer during peak seasons or due to carrier delays outside our control.
