SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing All RooLabz products are made to order and fulfilled by Printful. Orders are typically processed and produced within 2–5 business days after purchase.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after production
  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days after production (if available at checkout)

Total estimated delivery time: 5–12 business days from order date.

International Shipping (Canada & Other Countries)

  • Estimated delivery: 7–20 business days after production, depending on destination and customs processing.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@roolabz.com and we'll work with Printful to resolve it.
