Not happy with your order?

Email us at hello@roolabz.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and a quick note about what went wrong, and we'll take care of you with a refund or a replacement, whichever you prefer.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Sorry about that. Send a photo to hello@roolabz.com and we'll send you a new one or refund you right away. Your choice.

Refund timing

Once your refund is approved, it usually goes out within 2 to 3 business days. Your bank might take a few extra days to show it on your statement.

Gift cards

Gift cards can't be refunded.

Customers in the European Union

If your order ships to the EU, you can cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
