Not the right fit? You have 30 days from delivery to send it back for a refund — no hassle.

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging. Have your order number or receipt ready.

How to Start a Return

Log in to your RooLabz account and request a return from your order history or just email hello@roolabz.com. We'll get you a return label and next steps right away.

RooLabz provides a prepaid return shipping label for approved returns. There is no restocking fee.

Damages and Issues

Get something defective, damaged, or wrong? Email hello@roolabz.com with a photo and we'll make it right immediately — no need to wait for a return to process.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Exchanges

Want a different size or design? Return your item and place a new order — we'll approve returns fast so you're not waiting long to reorder.

European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Orders shipped to the EU can be cancelled or returned within 14 days for any reason, no justification needed. Same condition requirements apply.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we approve it and issue your refund fast — typically within 2–3 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it on their end, but the money is on its way as soon as we approve it.
