Orders

How are RooLabz products made?

Every piece is printed just for you after you order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. That means less waste and your shirt is fresh off the press when it ships.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email us as soon as you can. Since we start making your order pretty quickly, we can usually change or cancel it if you reach out within a few hours. Once it's printed, we can't stop it, but we'll still do our best to help.

What payment methods do you take?

All major credit and debit cards, plus Shop Pay and the other options you see at checkout.

Shipping

How long until my order arrives?

We need 2 to 5 business days to print your order. After that, US shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days. All in, most US orders show up within 5 to 12 business days.

Do you ship outside the US?

Yes. International orders usually arrive 7 to 20 business days after printing, depending on where you are. Customs fees or import taxes in your country are paid by you when the package arrives.

How do I track my order?

Once it ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number. Give it a day or two to start showing updates. You can also check it anytime from your account.

My package is late. What now?

Email us with your order number and we'll look into it right away.

Sizing and Fit

How do I pick the right size?

Every product page has a size guide with real measurements. Grab a shirt you love, lay it flat, measure it, and compare. That's the most reliable way to get it right.

What's the difference between your tees?

Our RooLabz Street tees are oversized and boxy with dropped shoulders and a heavier, garment dyed cotton. Our Graphic Tees have a classic, regular fit. If you're between sizes on the oversized tees, size down for a cleaner look or stay true to size for the full baggy fit.

Care

How do I keep my print looking good?

Turn it inside out, wash cold, and hang dry or tumble dry on low. Skip the bleach and don't iron directly on the design. Do that and your print will last a long time.
